What’s the deal with the "Core" version?
To put it simply: we stripped out all the extra bells and whistles so you can focus entirely on pure, high-quality tuning.
If you compare it to the full version, TrapTune Core does have a few limitations. We removed the Second Voice Harmony and Stereo Doubler modules, the vocal Distortion section, and the built-in Reverb and Delay.
So, what DO* you get? You get the exact same elite Tune-In engine as the big brother. That means you still have full control over natural pitch correction, aggressive hard-tuning, formant shifting, and voice transposing. Because it's so streamlined, it’s incredibly light on your CPU—perfect for tracking vocals live without any annoying latency.
It’s free (with a small catch)
We wanted to make sure anyone could use this tool, so TrapTune Core is 100% free to download and use forever. There are no audio dropouts, time limits, or hidden expiration dates.
The only catch is that the free version includes a small ad banner at the bottom of the plugin window to show off some of our other software. If those ads bug you and you want a clean interface, you can completely unlock the plugin and remove them permanently for just a few bucks. And of course, if you ever decide you want those missing distortion and delay features back, you can easily upgrade to the full version of TrapTune down the road.
