Protection of your personal information is important for us. We never sell personal data and we carry out all processing operations in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

1. What Personal Data and why?

For the purposes of purchase or registration, we need following data:

  • your name
  • e-mail address
  • postal address

(hereinafter referred to as "personal data")

To send you updates on products or other marketing information related to our products, we need to process your e-mail address. We only send you this information with your consent.

Our licence model lets you run the plugins on all your computers, without dongles, and with free-for-life updates. Your name and address is needed for this to work. We will not share your sensitive data, but it is required for the licence model to work.

We also use your personal data to communicate about orders, products and marketing offers with you and to update your customer accounts at UnitedPlugins.com.

You can browse our website without giving us any personal data. When surfing without logging in we do not collect any personal data. By default information such as time and duration of your visit, operating system, browser and visited pages on our website are captured anonymously.

We also irregularly send out surveys on specific questions regarding United Plugins and our products. If you take part in these surveys, your e-mail address, if you provide it, and your answers will be stored.

We also need your e-mail address in the following cases:

  • if you register for a newsletter
  • if you use our support services<.
  • if you get in touch with us for other reasons

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., which uses cookies to help analyze how the website is used.
